Bijan Monassebian
Senior Vice President and Chairman of the
Board of Directors
Mr.
Monassebian has over thirty years of experience in the areas of
management, computer consulting, software development, and software
architecture for large scale real-time systems. He is currently
the founder and principal of OrdEx Systems, Inc., an IT consulting
and customer software development company that develops systems
for financial institutions. He was also president and founder
of TCAM Systems, Inc., an IT consulting and custom software development
company, where he managed and grew the business to become the
leading provider of software and services to a global client base
that included international stock exchanges, most large securities
brokerage firms, and many smaller financial institutions with
a team of over 180 professional employees globally. His experience
included planning, development and implementation of major projects
at many international securities trading and brokerage firms.
Mr. Monassebian also formerly served as the CIO at Smith Barney,
and was a Systems Engineer, Industry Specialist, Senior Marketing
Representative, and Project Manager at IBM Corporation.
Nicole McLane
Chief Executive Officer
Vice
President and manager of The Broadcast & Streaming Media Development
Group JPMorganChase & Company, McLane is responsible for the
planning, strategy, and management of multimedia productions and
distribution reaching a corporate user base of 180,000 desktops.
Her efforts at JPMC are focused on the rapidly expanding areas
of live and on-demand streaming media for eLearning, marketing,
and web products, while helping the firm to position itself as
a leader in high-end interactive streaming production among the
industry's top competitors.
McLane’s next phase Business Case to the firm for 2006 will
result in over $6 million of transitioned savings using streaming
media as an alternative to the costly outsourced supplier-provided
services for Teleconferencing and Satellite transmissions.
McLane's expertise in streaming media stems from over 12 years'
creative leadership in marketing, project management, and interactive
media in all its forms.
Brian McLane
Chief Operations Officer
Brian McLane is the founder of McLane Media, a new media creative
services company with clients in the Broadcast Media, Electronic
Publicity, and Entertainment arenas.
Brian specializes in providing insight and analysis to clients
starting mobile content delivery services or seeking to embark
upon IPTV initiatives. Brian's contacts are wide-ranging
and include personal relationships with Encoding Solutions manufacturers,
Content Carriers, Service Providers, Mobile Content Aggregators,
and Networks.
Brian is also the founder of iProgram, a Wireless Content Delivery
Service and Mobile Content Aggregator with over a dozen streaming
channels of alternative content set to launch in September 2006.
David Monassebian
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
David Monassebian is an attorney with five years of experience in
the areas of general corporate, information technology, securities,
finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
He is an associate at the New York law firm of Brown Raysman
Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP. David has experience
representing a
broad range of public and private companies and institutional
clients in various business sectors.
Geoff Daily
Director of Communications
Geoff Daily graduated with a BS degree in English and a certificate
in Technical Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
in 2002.
He currently serves as a contributing editor for the leading
streaming media publication, StreamingMedia.com. Daily is also an assistant editor for KillerApp.com, a frequent contributor to EventDV, the preeminent publication for the event videography industry, and EContent, a monthly digital content delivery magazine.
